Ahh, yes! Nothing tastes as good as thin feels..nothing!

So, I have decided to kick start my annual summer diet a tad early this year. I plan on having only one meal a day. I will eat something small and to satisfy my terrible sweet tooth, I’ll drink cappuccino with honey, but nothing sugary. I will eat small amounts like a bird and work it all off throughout the day until there is nothing left to burn off. I will be thin. The summer that worked best for me was that of 2 years ago. I had 3 packs of 25-calorie hot coco each day and go to bed starving each night. I also vigorously worked out and burned off everything plus more. It was quite hard by the end of the day, and I felt ‘energyless’, but I was in the best shape ever. I need to slowly get back on that plan..baby steps Clara, baby steps…
